NTIA 2026 Industry voting

About NTIA Industry Voting

For selected NTIA categories, the award finalists and winner are determined through industry voting.

For this year, rather than voting for a single nominee, voters will be asked to rate each nominee based on their experience working with the nominee and product/service. This approach allows for the recognition of outstanding conduct rather than selecting the one favourite.

Which categories are subject to industry voting?

  • Category 21 - Most Outstanding Tour Operator - Specialised
  • Category 22 - Most Outstanding Tour Operator - Global
  • Category 23 - Most Outstanding Wholesaler - Product / Service
  • Category 24 - Most Outstanding Wholesaler - Destination / Experience
  • Category 25 - Most Popular Tourism Office
  • Category 26 - Most Popular Accommodation Group / Chain
  • Category 27 - Most Popular Airline - Online
  • Category 28 - Most Popular Airline - Offline

Category 30 - Most Popular River Cruise Operator

Who can vote?

Voting is open to anyone employed within the Australian travel industry, ensuring a broad spectrum of perspectives and expertise contributes to the recognition process. However, it is important to note that voters cannot vote for their own company, underscoring the impartiality and fairness of the awards.

Voters do not need to be ATIA Accredited. Members of the public are ineligible to vote.
